So after much consideration & listening to people's comments on the new L'Oreal Rouge Caresse lipstick, I finally decided to go out and buy some.
At £7.99, I was expecting a great buy.. But sadly I do not believe so. There are so many colours to choose from, but from the moment i saw this advertised i knew which i wanted. I chose shade 01-'Fashionista Pink'.. The colour looks beautiful, and is darker than a normal pink lipstick that I have worn in the past.
The packaging is lovely, nice and simple but elegant. I have used this 3 times and the colour just doesn't work for me. When I put it on it was so creamy and smooth to my lips, lots of moisture.. But the colour literally came off within 5 minutes if wearing it.. Not what I would expect from something that isn't necessarily cheap.
I think I will try again as usually L'Oreal products are good quality.. So I guess I could try a different colour, but sadly for me this lovely colour does not get my vote.
Have you tried this lipstick?? Has your experience been different? Xxxxx

Whats in my makeup bag...
So, i recently did a 'whats in my bag' post which you can find here if you haven't already seen it. It was quite a big hit in terms of the amount of people who read the post, so i thought why not do a 'whats in my makeup bag' post for you all!
Now i have 3 different makeup bags, and i use bits and bobs out of all of them its just i like to keep my makeup together in terms of newness and oldness. I also have a little metal vanity box full of makeup, but for this post I'm just going to show you the makeup i use on a day to day basis... all the others i will leave for a makeup collection post. Im terrible when it comes to makeup bags as i am always buying them... theres some real pretty ones out there! But for the time being this is the one I'm currently using...
This makeup bag was from Superdrug, i think it was like £3.99? something like that! Its really cute, and obviously pink! Now onto whats inside...
As mentioned above, this is just my day to day makeup; i apologise for them being a tad dirty, my makeup bag needs a good clean! All the things here are just basis makeup.

Follow up to hair care!

So a couple of months back, August i think, i blogged about this...
(You can find the blog post here to find more out about this product )
I have been using this product every time i have washed my hair, either when it is wet or dry. I didn't want to blog my thoughts about it as soon as id used it because i wanted to try it out for a long period of time to see if it had an effects. At first when i first used it properly i did think it had made a difference to my hair; my hair was soft and it did smell nice. Im really disappointed in this product because it is for 'hair that gets greasy easily' ... but this seems to make it greasy itself?! It is supposed to be a leave in conditioner except it now leaves my hair feeling very very dry after using it. I do still love the smell and the packaging but overall i would probably rate this product 4/10. It may work for other people but for my hair it is a no go!
Have you tried this product? What are your thoughts? xxxxxx

Hair care
So the other day i was wondering round Tesco doing the local shop and i came across this...
I do use the L'Oreal Paris Elvive shampoo and conditioner for highlighted hair, but they didn't have any of this featured product that matched my usual selection so i opted to try this.
It is a 'Nutri-Gloss light conditioning shine spray for daily gloss' It is for 'Mid to long, fine hair that turns greasy' . It cost me £3.79, and it is a 200ml bottle. The smell of this product is gorgeous, every time i spray it i feel like i have washed my hair!
It is 'a leave in shine enhancing conditioner that you can use everyday, a spray that's light and quick to use'
The idea of this spray is that as mentioned it is a leave in conditioner. You can use this on dry or wet hair. I have actually tried it both ways and it works just as well. It leaves your hair really soft and smelling lovely, and also gives a nice little shine to it.
I will always be using this product from now on as it has just made such a massive difference to the way my hair looks once it is styled.
'Results: Weightless detangling, mirror shine & cashmere touch'

Re. Foundation Blues...
If you have read my recent blogs then you will know all about my new foundation purchase... if not please find it here :)
As promised I said I would let you all know how I got on with this Loreal Infallible make-up.... Two words, love it! It has a perfect coverage and is so soft to the skin. The shade that I brought (140 Golden Beige) totally matched my skin complexion, and it just looks really nice. I would not say that it has a '16 Hour' wear, as I still find after a busy day at work, it does not stay on as good as it is when its first put on... BUT it does not come off altogether like most foundations do!
Overall I would rate this product maybe an 7/10... as it is quite pricey.
Whats your favourite foundation? xxxxx
