9 Instagram highlights.

So like most of you i am a lover of Instagram. I love taking photo's and publishing them on there. You can find me at http://instagram.com/natsaltx. Heres a little sneak peek at my Instagram week.

From left to right…
1. Fluffy cosy star jumper (Ark Clothing) & leggings. This is todays OOTD. Its pretty crap weather outside, day one of my holiday & I'm having a lazy day sorting out a few finances from home. This jumper is a recent buy and i love it! Its so cosy and is keeping me nice and warm :)
2. Dark living room with lit pumpkins. This was very late last night after getting back from a roast & wine party! Clearly a bad idea lighting candles before you go to bed when your intoxicated, don't try this at home! I had a lovely evening with great company.
3. Pink flower tea-light holder. I brought this from Tesco a few months back from the clearance isle for like £1.00, what a bargin! I love having this lit as its just so pretty and makes me feel happy.
4. Big orange pumpkins. So here i have done what most of you will of/will be doing- carving pumpkins. I didn't really know how to carve mine and i felt that looking on google for pictures of pumpkins was cheating, therefore i just got on with it and went with two simple designs. This was a fun day :)
5.Clothes from Ark! So on Saturday as a surprise i was taken to good old Manchester! I spent most of the day window shopping dreaming of things that id like to buy. I did however get treated to the 3 items on this picture which i am in love with! I will probably do a haul post of these items so stay tuned! I love Ark as its such a trendy shop and everything is at an affordable price. I don't have one close by so Manchester is my closet store! You can find Ark online, on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook & more!
6. "Expectation is the root of all heartache" (William Shakespeare). This is just a little picture i came across whilst i was on the internet.. pretty self explanatory!
7. Candles, candles & more candles. If you didn't know by now i love candles. I think theres nothing nicer and more relaxing than a candlelit room! This was a very chilled out evening!
8. A beautiful and yummy cupcake! I came into work and found this waiting for me on my desk. It was baked by a lovely friend of mine. Yummy Yummy Yummy.
9. Selfie- just the usual selfie here!

So there we have it, my 9 Instagram highlights!
Enjoy :)

A spook-tacular return...

So, after 3 months of being away from blogging what better time to come back and get into the spirit than halloween!
It is also the half term holidays for me at the minute so that is an added bonus because it means i will have plenty of time to get back into the swing of things this coming week.
Ive been away from blogging because i felt pressured to post every day, otherwise it would mean loosing followers. Im very grateful to those of you who are still following me, it means a lot that you haven't been tempted to press that awful unfollow button.
Life in general at the minute for me is okay, mainly work work work more than anything. Im not going to pledge that i am fully back into blogging and declare that i shall post so many times a week as i just think it takes the fun out of it and it becomes less personal because your always trying to find something to blog about. There shouldn't be rules as to how much you post, just go with the flow. Its your blog, you know how much time you have on your hands, post when you can, and enjoy it.
Anyway enough of the rambles, seen as it is almost halloween i have been
like most people (i assume) carving pumpkins! I love halloween, i love all the spook about it. Carving pumpkins is great fun i think (although a little smelly)
These pumpkins were a bargin at just £1.00 each from Tesco. Unfortunately i have no plans for halloween which kind of sucks! So i think it will be me, the pumpkins and a scary dvd!
Anyway, i shall be back with another post soon. I have lots in mind…

Now i have 3 different makeup bags, and i use bits and bobs out of all of them its just i like to keep my makeup together in terms of newness and oldness. I also have a little metal vanity box full of makeup, but for this post I'm just going to show you the makeup i use on a day to day basis... all the others i will leave for a makeup collection post. Im terrible when it comes to makeup bags as i am always buying them... theres some real pretty ones out there! Whats in my bag?!

Right lovely's this is my first 'whats in my bag' post! I'm quite excited to do this as i've been meaning to do it for ages now and only just got chance while I'm ahead with scheduling posts :)
First off we will get started with which bag i am using at the moment! I change my bags pretty much on a daily basis, but sometimes i forget and then its too late!
This is my bag that i am currently using ....

This beauty of a bag is obviously Pauls Boutique! I brought this from the beautiful Olivia as she was selling it so i grabbed the chance while i could as i have always wanted one! Its such a pretty pink colour and i love it!
Inside we haveeee.....

As you can see the lining inside is just fab! Its like a silky material and the print is leopard print! It makes me smile every time i look at it! I do tend to carry quite a lot of junk in my handbags, but on this occasion id say its pretty tidy with just the basics!

So this is what i have in my handbag...

Yes, this small bag can fit all this stuff in! Heres a close up picture...

As i mentioned before, all the stuff i carry in my handbag is pretty basic... Heres a list of what i currently have hiding away inside :)

  1. The main thing in my handbag is obviously my purse! It is just a black purse, quite a big one, and it was from River Island for about £16.99... I love their purses!
  2. Secondly my makeup bag; is there any girls that don't carry makeup around with them? Im not going to write about whats in my makeup bag as i can do that for another post :) (can't remember where it is from sorry!)
  3. A basic necessity is tissues, and yes as i do love zebras i have zebra tissues! I got these from Topshop for like £1, really cute!
  4. Pocket sized mirror! I loved this mirror, its from Primark and i got it in the sale for £1, its just so pretty, and a basic must have!
  5. Next we have my glasses! Im supposed to wear glasses for reading, writing and driving as i suffer from migraines, but i don't wear them as much as i should! I can't remember where i had the leopard print case from, but my glasses are from Tesco options, and as you can see are black and pink like most of the things i own!
  6. Hand Sanitizer, PINK hand sanitizer! This is fab and a must have! I work in retail so my hands get quite mucky after recovery and touching metal holders so this is defo the way forward and it smells so nice! I had this from Next for £1.75
  7. Body sprays! These two body sprays are both 'Charlie', the blue one is 'Into Glamour' and the pink is 'Pink' ... i don't really have a favourite body spray, i just buy them to freshen up. I never take my perfume out with me as it always ends up leaking!
  8. Finally some Nivea hand cream! I carry this with me just incase my hands feel dry and need some moisture :)
So there we have it, 'whats in my bag'... Hope you all enjoyed this, i actually enjoyed doing it myself!

Hair care

So the other day i was wondering round Tesco doing the local shop and i came across this...
I do use the L'Oreal Paris Elvive shampoo and conditioner for highlighted hair, but they didn't have any of this featured product that matched my usual selection so i opted to try this.
It is a 'Nutri-Gloss light conditioning shine spray for daily gloss' It is for 'Mid to long, fine hair that turns greasy' . It cost me £3.79, and it is a 200ml bottle. The smell of this product is gorgeous, every time i spray it i feel like i have washed my hair!
It is 'a leave in shine enhancing conditioner that you can use everyday, a spray that's light and quick to use'
The idea of this spray is that as mentioned it is a leave in conditioner. You can use this on dry or wet hair. I have actually tried it both ways and it works just as well. It leaves your hair really soft and smelling lovely, and also gives a nice little shine to it.
I will always be using this product from now on as it has just made such a massive difference to the way my hair looks once it is styled.
'Results: Weightless detangling, mirror shine & cashmere touch'

Those little things...

It seems that i cannot stop buying little decorative things for my bedroom! I had a trip to Matalan the other night and there is so many beautiful items for the home, i just want them all!
Anyway i just wanted to share with you some of the purchases i got as i love them & i hope you all do too!
First off i brought these gorgeous pillows to add to my bed! They were £8 each, a bit pricey i know but they just look and feel amazing. The feel is silky, and as you can see they are a fushia pink, with a large diamante stone in the middle, fab or what!

& there we have it, my pretty pillows! <3

Next i spotted this lovely little object in the clearance area... This was £2.50! Can you believe it?! It started off at £10, then was reduced to £5, and then obviously £2.50! Its a hanging lantern as you can see, once again in a pinky colour! It also has a gorgeous tassel that hangs down in white!

I then just nipped to Asda for some new candles as i had run out, and i ended up with these little smelly's....

The one on the left was £1.50 i think and has a pomegranate smell, i ended up having two, and then the one in the right is a pack of 3 vanilla candles for £1 (The candle holder is my own in which i have 3 of these)

I love buying little things every now and again to make it feel all homely...
What do you like to buy for your room? xxxx

Its that time again...

So lovely's, its that time again when tooth care becomes a pain! It seems things always run out at the same time! It was time for me to purchase a new toothbrush, and i needed some new toothpaste and mouthwash as well! I hate shopping for these products, as i don't think any toothpaste actually does what it is meant to do.
After shopping around Tesco for a little while i spotted what i was going to buy.
Every time i need to replace my toothbrush i always end up buying a new type just to see if i can find a really good one. This time i opted for one of Tesco's own brand. It cost £1.99 and is just so cool! Its such a pretty pink colour... the only downside is the shape of it. This toothbrush has a built-in device that tells you when you need to replace your toothbrush; by gradually spelling out 'replace' at the bottom over the weeks. The downside is it actually looks like a pregnancy test from the bottom! But who's to judge as it is only a toothbrush!
Next i found my toothpaste! I had seen adverts about this and i wanted to try it out but couldn't get my hands on it for a while. It is Colgate's new Max White; One. It cost's in between £4-£5. This toothpaste contains ingredients similar to those that a dentist would use when going for a clean up! It states that after using it 3 times a day for a week, your teeth should be one shade whiter. I am putting this to the test and shall let you all know how i get on! (I cannot take pictures of the progress as one i don't think teeth are a pretty image to look at, and two i hate my teeth!
Lastly i found my mouth wash, Listerine total care costing £2. I've never used this product before, but i can safely say it does the job, you can actually feel it stinging once in your mouth, and leaves a lovely fresh breath :)

So that is my new tooth care range for the moment!
What is your tooth care regime? xxxxxxxx
